The canonical Action Hero source is approximately five seconds: a punchy, neon-lit moment designed for a quick preview rather than a long narrative. Action Hero is the only scene wired through the website creation and payment MVP.
A front-facing selfie with even lighting and no sunglasses gives the renderer the clearest input. Group photos, side profiles, animation, malformed files, and unsupported formats are refused before rendering.

Preview allowance
The web default is up to three successful watermarked Action Hero previews per secure guest actor in a rolling 30-day window when intake is enabled. Failed technical work and moderation rejection do not consume a successful-preview allowance. Separate limits still protect uploads, rejection attempts, duplicate media, concurrency, and global capacity.
